Default Dragon NaturallySpeaking 11 vs Windows 7 speech recognition

Has anyone compared these two products? I haven't even used Windows 7' built-in speech recognition tool, but I have used previous versions of Dragon. If Windows 7 were as good, I'd be tempted to switch.
