If your YouTube videos stop playing after a few seconds, try this.

Go to your browser's pop-up blocker settings. In IE, this is Tools -> Pop-up Blocker -> Pop-up blocker settings.

Add YouTube as a site from which to allow pop-ups.

Reload the page. That should fix things.
