Default Other Hobbies

What kind of hobbies does everyone have? I do a lot of model train stuff. We actually model in N, HO and G scale.

Jon.

Photography, music (musician), teacher (is that a hobby?), poetry, travel (when I can afford it...not lately).

I am and have been for over 50 years an avid fly fisherman. I lived for many years in the Pacific Northwest and still miss the Steelhead fishing there.

And also photography, I have over a dozen cameras mostly 35mm starting with my Voigtlander Bessamatic from 1958, 4 Canon 35mm, one Nikon, 4 digital (3 DSLR), one Fuji S2, Nikon D2x and one Canon 1Ds so haven't any brand identity. Not much fly fishing in Colombia so I do a lot of photography here.

I am much more involved with my photography and expanding it into more creative/artistic directions. I am a member of several photography and graphic arts clubs.

I travel when I can - usually 1 or 2 trips a year so I can experience different cultures, foods and lifestyles.

Even though my career has been IT, I went to school for music and after a long absence from it, and trying to re-master the piano.

Very cool. I've never done that, but have always wanted to. I grew up near the Jersey shore and always went deep-sea fishing.

Photography is my #1 hobby. I also like arts/crafts, traveling and doing things with my grandchildren when I can. Hubby falls in there somewhere.

I've never learned how to fly fish. I've tried it a few times but nothing serious. One of these days I need to get into it...

I enjoy photography a lot, every chance I get I'm outside.

I am a musician by heart and love recording bands, therefore sparking my interest in computers and computer hardware. I am going to college for recording arts and highly enjoy it.

I also love playing video games (especially computer games, mostly first person shooters).

Interesting how many tech people are musicians. I was a piano major in college (before there were any computer courses) but my entire working career was IT.

It'd be being kind to say I merely sucked at video games, but I can't tell you how many hours I've spent glued to my PC playing strategy games. Each time a new Myst came out I was all over it.
