I have to say that of all the computer speakers I've used--and I've used many--these Expressionist Ultras sound the most like a true stereo that I've ever had hooked to a 'puter.
Newegg.com - ALTEC LANSING MX6021 200 Watts RMS 2.1 Expressionist Ultra Speaker System I can crank these things up and not feel like I should turn on the "real stereo" to hear the way the music was meant to be heard. I *hate* the blinking lights on the volume control, but a piece of black duct tape took care of those easily enough. Otherwise, no complaints. __________________

That looks like a nice one, JD!
I have four different ones in the house not counting my main stereo where my laptop stays connected.

Yes, I have been through a dozen or more computer speakers over the past years (I get them for free often, as a result of my reviewer status). These are the best in terms of fidelity that I've heard. However, I have not heard the Klipsch speakers. Given that those are German, I have no doubt that they're best-of-class. The German-made Canton home stereo speakers were the best I've ever heard. In any case, for now, these will more than do.
