It would be nice if maybe manufacturers could get together and have a sort of common design for such rechargeable batteries. Seems like what we have now are batteries that after a few years, are no longer obtainable, and/or are VERY expensive. And once in awhile we hear talk of a little fuel cell type battery where you could just refill batteries with some fluid and reseal it. Hmmm.
