Glass of juice made with blackberry's at dinner. I drink fruit juice every day here in Colombia, I have about 100 fruit trees on my property, bananas, tangerines, oranges, lemons, papaya, guayabas and several tropical fruits you probably never heard of but many are delicious.

Mmmmmmmmm....I'm envious.

I lived in Hawaii in the 1980's, and just had to step out the back door to get avocados, papaya, bananas and mango guava and passion fruit. Wonderful fresh fruit right off the tree all year round. Boy, do I miss that.

Coffee. Hot, black, dark, thick, french roast. Morning noon and night. I have to have a good cup of coffee before I go to bed.
